We are looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated individuals to fill a range of roles in Maiduguri, Yola, and other locations within Adamawa and Borno States. These roles will contribute to the success of our projects focused on education, protection, mental health, gender equality, livelihoods, and more.
Available Vacancies:
MHPSS Officer
Location: Maiduguri, Borno State
Experience: 4-5 years
Role Purpose: The MHPSS (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support) Officer will be responsible for providing and/or ensuring the provision of MHPSS services to vulnerable children and families, especially those affected by crisis. This role requires a combination of clinical experience and a compassionate approach to support communities in need.
Gender and Disability Inclusion Officer
Location: Yola, Adamawa State
Experience: 1-3 years
Role Purpose: This position will provide technical support to CASFOD’s gender and disability-inclusive programming. The officer will work closely with teams to ensure the integration of gender and disability considerations into all interventions, advocating for the rights and inclusion of marginalized groups.
Livelihood Assistant
Location: Yola, Adamawa State
Experience: 1-3 years
Role Purpose: The Livelihood Assistant will support the implementation of economic empowerment programs for vulnerable adolescents and youth. This includes conducting assessments and assisting in the development of interventions that foster economic self-sufficiency.
Education Assistant
Location: Yola, Adamawa State
Experience: 1-3 years
Role Purpose: As a member of the Education team, the Education Assistant will help with various tasks such as enrolment, materials preparation, and supporting activities to enhance access to quality education for vulnerable children and youth.
MEAL Officer
Location: Yola, Damboa, Adamawa, Borno
Experience: 1-3 years
Role Purpose: The MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) Officer will oversee the establishment of robust monitoring and evaluation systems for CASFOD’s projects. This position ensures continuous learning and accountability to beneficiaries and stakeholders.
Supply Chain Team Lead
Location: Maiduguri, Borno State
Experience: 1-3 years
Role Purpose: The Supply Chain Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring efficient planning and management of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control, to support program operations.
Finance and Compliance Coordinator
Location: Maiduguri, Borno State
Experience: 4-5 years
Role Purpose: This role supports daily financial and compliance operations, including setting up monitoring systems and ensuring that all financial transactions align with CASFOD’s standards, donor requirements, and regulations.
MEAL Coordinator
Location: Maiduguri, Borno State
Experience: 4-5 years
Role Purpose: The MEAL Coordinator will provide oversight for the design and implementation of a strong MEAL system. This system will ensure the efficient tracking, assessment, and reporting of program outcomes and impact.
Protection Officer
Location: Yola, Adamawa State
Experience: 4-5 years
Role Purpose: The Protection Officer will lead the child protection activities within CASFOD’s education projects, ensuring that the safety, well-being, and rights of children are prioritized and that protection measures are integrated into all aspects of programming.
Education Officer
Location: Mubi, Shelleng, Mobbar, KalaBalge (Adamawa & Borno States)
Experience: 4-5 years
Role Purpose: The Education Officer will provide technical support for the implementation of educational activities in challenging environments, ensuring that children and youth have access to quality education despite barriers such as displacement and conflict.
Head of Programs and Grants
Location: Maiduguri, Borno State
Experience: 4-5 years
Role Purpose: As the Head of Programs, you will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of CASFOD’s diverse programs. You will also lead the grants management process, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and aligning programs with strategic goals.
